  4. Right-click on the Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller (Local Area Connection) and choose “Properties.” Then, click on the “Advanced” tab.
  5. Look for the following properties in the list and make the changes as indicated below:
    • Auto Disable Gigabit > Change to Relink Battery or AC
    • Green Ethernet > Disable
    • Energy Efficient Ethernet > Disable

Download the zip file below and open the file when the file has downloaded. You will need to open the file and click on the install file inside. Once this is done it will either extract the driver file or install the driver for you. If it only extracts then you will need to look at the C:\ drive and look for the Dell directory.
