This USB storage device form ASUS is the “Realtek PCIE CardReader”. You can download this below and it will run on most operating systems. This is the Realtek card reader which is used in this ASUS device as the hardware is Realtek. You can use this driver on any mass storage device where they are using the Realtek chipsets. The hardware is the same as the Realtek USB 2.0 Card Reader. The Asus driver is from 2014 and it is the same as the RtsUStor.inf is the same.

Install the USB Mass Storage Driver

Firstly download the driver below and then extract the files. There are two ways to install this driver. This driver was made

for the XP/Vista/Win7/Win8 as well as the Win8.1 operating systems. Download the driver, extract the files and then click

on the setup EXE file. The driver will then install on the Asus storage device.

If you want to install this on Windows 10 then download the file. Extract the content and right-click on the EXE setup file and then click on “troubleshoot compatibility” which will then tell Windows 10 to install the driver into a compatibility mode. From there the driver will run on a Windows 10 system. This is similar to the install of the XR16L580 UART in a UART setup.
