FT601Q-B USB 3.0 Sync FIFO Driver

They provide support for USB3.0 SuperSpeed (5Gbps), USB High Speed (480Mbps), and USB 2.0 Full Speed (12Mbps) transfers. Additionally, the devices are available with either a 16-bit or 32-bit wide parallel FIFO interface. They support 2 parallel slave FIFO bus protocols with a data bursting rate of up to 400MBps, and also facilitate a multi-channel FIFO interface.
Moreover, the FT601 offers up to 8 configurable endpoints (pipes) and incorporates a built-in 16kB FIFO data buffer RAM. It supports multi-voltage I/O, including 1.8V, 2.5V, and 3.3V. Likewise it provides configurable GPIO support. The device also includes features such as Remote Wakeup capability. Note that there is also a USB Battery Charger Detection, and an integrated power-on-reset circuit. Finally it operates within an extended temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
