The older driver is on top which is a standard install exe file. The newer driver for Windows 10 is a CAB file and they are installed differently. You will need to extract the CAB file from inside the ZIP file and then follow the procedures as listed below. All the Windows 10 drivers are now mainly CAB file formats.
